The Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association's Privacy Policy

We understand that phone solicitations can be disruptive and annoying, and they can also be a form of fraud or harassment. The Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association does not engage in phone solicitations, you can register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry. This will prevent most legitimate telemarketers from calling you.

However, it is important to note that the National Do Not Call Registry does not stop all unwanted calls. Scammers and other illegitimate callers often ignore the registry. There are also some types of calls that are allowed even if you are on the registry, such as calls from charities, political organizations, and debt collectors.

If you receive a phone solicitation that you do not want, you can politely hang up the phone. You can also ask the caller to remove you from their list. If the caller continues to call you, you can report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
