Exhibitor Setup & Teardown

Exhibitors may set up beginning at 8am until 12pm, Sunday, July 23, 2017.
Exhibits must be set up by show opening at 1pm.
Exhibitors may tear down at 3pm on Monday, July 24, 2017.

Cancellations and Refunds: 
To receive a full refund, individuals must inform PCPA of their cancellation not later than June 1, 2017. 
Written cancellation received by June 20, 2017; 25 percent of the total booth cost is retained by PCPA.
Written cancellation received after June 20, 2017; 50 percent of the total booth cost is retained by PCPA.
NO REFUNDS will be made for any cancellations after July 1, 2017.
