*Saturday Night Rooms are Sold Out in the PCPA Room Block, but you can still make Saturday Room Reservations, but it will be at the current best rate available.  Sunday - Tuesday reservations will still be at the Group Rate*
 

Conference Agenda

                        You will note that there are NO activities or training sessions scheduled during the show floor hours for maximum face time with attendees.
  • Exhibitor Setup: Sunday, July 24, 2022, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.  All exhibits must be set up by show opening at 1:00 PM on Sunday. 
  • Demo Area on show floor: This area can be used by all exhibitors who wish to give a demo during show hours.  Announcements can be made to draw attendees to your booth.
  • Exhibitor Teardown: Monday, July 25, 2022 - Starting at 2:00 PM.
  • Exhibitor Booth Costs: 10" x 10" booth space (1 booth) : $950.00     10' x 20' booth space (2 booths): $1,875.00
  • Exhibitor Registration includes Sunday dinner & Monday lunch.

  • Shipping & Delivery Form: The top highlighted section is what should be attached to the physical package (if sending directly to Kalahari). The bottom portion is what should be sent to Kalahari ahead of time so their staff knows what size & quantity of packages to expect, and to process payment.

  • General Exposition Services is the official decorator for the Conference.
  • 2 Booth Awards will be awarded this year.  The best “Single Booth” and the “Best Multiple Booth”.  The winners of these awards will be recognized at the Monday morning Business Meeting.  I will notify winners prior to Business Meeting so they can be in attendance.  These awards will be judged anonymously so you will not know who the judges are.  Award Criteria is creativity, appealing booth ambiance and friendly, attentive booth personnel.
  • Exhibit Hall Passport: Each attendee will receive a passport card with the names and booth numbers of the exhibitors on the passport.  The attendees will be instructed to stop by each exhibitors booth for a gold marker "x".  Once the passport is completed, attendees will turn the passports in and they will be entered in for a drawing on Monday, July 25 in the exhibit hall at a specific time.  The prize is yet to be determined.

  • 8' high background 
  • 3' high side divider drapes
  • 6’ x 30” High Skirted Table
  • 2 Folding Chairs
  • Identification Sign
  • Waste Basket
  • Complimentary WiFi
  • Exhibit Hall is carpeted
  • 2 free booth personnel

 Vehicle Booth Information:

  • All vehicles must be parked inside the exhibit hall by 8:00 AM Sunday morning
  • Batteries in vehicle/s must be disconnected
  • No more than 1/4 tank of gas in vehicle/s
  • Must have a protective tarp underneath vehicle/s

 Cancellations and Refunds: 

To receive a full refund, individuals must inform PCPA of their cancellation not later than May 31, 2022

NO REFUNDS will be made for any cancellations after June 1, 2022.
