 Exhibitor registration will cover Sunday dinner/hospitality & lunch on Monday.

Exhibitor Booth [$950 for 10x10]

Standard 10x10 booth equipment consisting of 8' high background and 3' high side divider drapes and 6’ x 30” High Skirted Table, 2 Folding Chairs, Headsign, Waste Basket and Complimentary WiFi. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.

 Vehicle Booth Information [$1875 20x20 space]

  • To bring a vehicle, you must purchase a "double booth".
  • MUST arrive Sunday, June 17 between 5:30 & 7AM. All vehicles must be parked inside the exhibit hall by 7AM.
  • Batteries must be disconnected once inside the building
  • Vehicles must have no more than 1/4 tank of gas
  • Must have protective tarp, carpeting etc under vehicle to protect carpeting from any leaks of liquids the vehicle may have.

Sunday, June 17, 2018  1pm - 6pm. Dinner will be in the exhibit hall for our attendees & exhibitors.  

Monday, June 18, 2018 11am - 3pm. Lunch will be held in the exhibit hall for our attendees & exhibitors.

Exhibitor Setup & Teardown

Exhibitors may set up beginning at 8am until 12pm on Sunday
*if you have a vehicle booth, you must arrive between 5:30 & 7am. Vehicles must be parked in the exhibit hall before 7am.
ALL exhibits must be set up by show opening at 1pm on Sunday


Monday, June 18, 2018
Exhibitors may tear down at 3pm on Monday

Cancellations and Refunds: 
To receive a full refund, individuals must inform PCPA of their cancellation not later than May 1, 2018. 
NO REFUNDS will be made for any cancellations after May 1, 2018.
As a non-profit organization, we rely on our exhibitors to help support our Annual Education & Training Conference.
